Anything that ends in "ama" is a winner to me. As we travelled south on US 1 through Maine, we passed this gem and pulled a quick u-turn to head back to check it out. Loved the bouncy, colourful letters, thought the missing O was charming, and was comforted with the knowledge that roller rinks haven't completely disappeared from the urban landscape.

My passion for photography began when I was just eight years old and received an inexpensive Kodak camera as a gift. Many years and many cameras have come and gone but the passion has only grown. My speciality is Americana, particularly vintage signage. I'm always eager to hit the road in search of new discoveries, maybe an old diner or historic graveyard, perhaps a roadside motel or an abandoned drive-in. My photographs have been featured in galleries, publications, and private collections worldwide.
